Your appointments are incredibly valuable to me, and that time is reserved exclusively for you. Because I operate on a dedicated schedule, late cancellations and missed appointments prevent me from filling that time with clients on my waitlist.To ensure the smoothest experience for everyone, please review the policies below before booking: I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-Show Policy •Missing an appointment without any notice leaves an empty chair that cannot be filled. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. Late Arrivals If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to keep the day running smoothly, and standard cancellation fees may apply. Note to Clients: To secure your booking, a credit or debit card must be kept on file or a deposit may be required at the time of scheduling.
